Shipping Regions

  • 'Australian' orders are delivered via 'Australia Post' within 2-4 days. This registered service, provided at a rate of AUD$7.70 incl GST.

  • 'US' purchases are sent via 'UPS Express' within 3-5 days from your purchase. A flat delivery fee of $15.00 applies.

  • For'UK' purchases we use 'DHL' domestic, a signed for service, which is delivered with 2-4 days. A delivery fee of £5.29 applies incl VAT.

  • 'European' orders are sent via 'DHL', which will be delivered within 3-5 days. A flat delivery fee of €8.50 applies for deliveries to Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy & Monaco. For all other European countries, a flat delivery fee of €15.00 applies.

  • For orders within 'Canada' we ship via 'UPS Express' for delivery within 3-5 days. A flat delivery fee of CAD$15.00 applies.

  • 'New Zealand' purchases are sent via 'UPS Express' with delivery within 2-4 days. A delivery fee of NZ$15.00 applies.

  • Our international shipping partner, UPS, will deliver within 3-5 days to all other parts of the world, subject to customs entry requirements. Costs for the same vary between AUD$20 and AUD$40.

Dispatch Timelines & Tracking

Your order will be despatched within 12-24 hours of receipt from our Australia or UK based warehouse and a tracking number forwarded to you. Orders are sent via Australia Post, Royal Mail, UPS or Fedex, depending on your country of origin.

Delivery Timeframe

Orders to most countries will arrive within 2-6 working days from when your order is placed. Occasionally the customs agency within the destination country may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security/inspection measure, these delays can be between 2-4 weeks. Deliveries to Russia can expect further delays due to security measures.

Order Receipt

A signature is required as added security and to ensure the goods aren't misplaced in transit. We recommend using a work or office address as an alternative as typically most deliveries will be undertaken between 09.00 - 17.00. Our freight partners do not accept PO Box address deliveries.

Customs & Duty

No custom duties apply for Australia, UK, European Union & US bound shipments.

Shipments to all other countries could incur an Import Duty, the rate for which would vary from country to country. This will be payable by you. We suggest checking with the relevant authorities in your country of origin.

We are sorry if your size, in a style, is marked as 'Not Available'. Although all styles and sizes are not replenished, we regularly update our inventory. So feel free to send us an email if you would like to check

Gift Wrapping

Every garment will be gift wrapped in a custom 'Lingerie Bag' or 'Gift Box'.
